Second Chance Community Supervision was created to provide courts, attorneys, families, and individuals with a structured alternative to incarceration. Our program is designed to support accountability, supervision, and rehabilitation while helping participants remain connected to their families, employment, treatment, and community responsibilities.Eligibility Criteria-Nature and severity of charges-

INTRODUCTION
Second Chance Community Supervision provides a structured alternative for individuals who may qualify for supervised release, diversion, or community-based monitoring. The program is designed to support accountability, rehabilitation, and successful reintegration while helping reduce unnecessary incarceration when legally appropriate.Through case management, court-directed compliance, treatment referrals, and electronic monitoring when required, Second Chance Community Supervision helps participants remain connected to family, employment, education, and community resources while meeting the conditions set by the court or supervising authority.Our goal is to provide a responsible path forward for individuals who are willing to comply with supervision, accept accountability, and take meaningful steps toward stability and positive change.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Eligibility for Second Chance Community Supervision is determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the following factors:
Nature and severity of charges
Criminal history
Risk level assessment
Prosecutorial or court approval
Mental health or substance abuse evaluations
Willingness to voluntarily participate
Compliance with supervision conditions
The program is generally intended for non-violent or lower-risk individuals who are seeking rehabilitation, accountability, and structured supervision as an alternative to extended incarceration whenever approved by the proper legal authority

Treatment&Gps Monitoring

GPS Monitoring Solutions

Our GPS supervision programs provide court-approved monitoring designed to promote accountability while allowing eligible participants to remain connected to their families, employment, treatment programs, and community support systems.

Tier 1 Outpatient Treatment & Rehabilitation

Tier 1 Outpatient Treatment is designed for participants who are eligible to remain in the community while completing structured treatment and supervision requirements. This level is intended for individuals who need support, accountability, and rehabilitation services, but do not require placement in an inpatient or residential facility.

Tier 1 GPS Monitoring

Tier 1 Outpatient GPS Monitoring is designed for participants who are approved to remain in the community while completing structured supervision and treatment requirements. This level is intended for individuals who require accountability and location monitoring but do not require inpatient or residential placement. Outpatient GPS provides a lower-level monitoring option that allows participants to continue employment, education, treatment appointments, family responsibilities, and approved community obligations while remaining accountable to program and court requirements.

TIER 1 PROGRAM COST

$1,500 Enrollment Fee Includes: • Outpatient program placement • Initial intake, assessment, and orientation • GPS monitoring device installation and activation • 24/7 GPS location monitoring • Individualized supervision and compliance monitoring • Outpatient substance abuse/Mental health treatment coordination. Program duration generally ranges from 30 to 180 days based on the participant's court order plans.

Tier 2 Inpatient

Tier 2 Inpatient Treatment is designed for participants who require a structured residential setting to begin stabilization, treatment, and accountability-based supervision. This level is intended for individuals who may need temporary removal from outside distractions, unstable environments, substance-use triggers, or other conditions that could interfere with successful rehabilitation.

Tier 2 Gps Monitoring

Tier 2 GPS Monitoring is designed for participants who require a higher level of residential supervision, treatment support, and electronic monitoring. This level is intended for individuals with increased risk factors, repeated prior arrests, substance abuse concerns, mental health needs, compliance issues, or unstable community environments that may require placement in a structured inpatient setting.

TIER 2 PROGRAM COST

$2,500 Enrollment Fee Includes: • Residential inpatient placement • Initial intake, assessment, and orientation • GPS monitoring device installation and activation. Program duration generally ranges from 180 to 365 days based on the participant's court plan

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT ​
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of enrollment. This deposit is held to protect GPS monitoring equipment and promote successful compliance throughout the participant's supervision period. The security deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of the program, provided that all GPS equipment is returned in good working condition, all program requirements have been completed, all financial obligations have been satisfied, and there are no outstanding violations, equipment damage, or evidence of tampering. Security deposit is included in tier 1 and tier 2 pricing.

We understand that families often face financial pressure during the pretrial process. Our team can explain available payment options, required deposits, monitoring costs, and court-related expenses before enrollment.
Access Corrections may be introduced as a payment support option where applicable.
DEPOSIT & PLACEMENT INFORMATION
To maintain the highest standards of security and reduce financial fraud, all required program deposits for the Second Chance Diversion Program must be completed through official Access Corrections payment services.
Payments may be made by: 
  • The official Access Corrections website
  •  The official Access Corrections mobile application
  • An authorized Access Corrections retail payment location 
Required Placement Information.
Participants sponsors, or assisting family members should be prepared to provide the following:
  • Valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's License or State Identification Card)
  • Approved placement or enrollment documentation, when applicable 
  • Participant identification or placement information required to verify enrollment
 Any additional documentation requested by the Second Chance Diversion Program to complete placement
